<strong>Kaffir</strong> <strong>lime</strong> is a widely distributed citrus plant in Southeast Asia that has dark green leaves that are used as a spice. Both the leaves and fruits have a strong citrus aroma and flavor, but the fruits are inedible and are used to repel insects and less commonly for cooking. <strong>Kaffir lime</strong> <strong>,</strong> or Thai lime, is quite unpretentious, it can be grown indoors all year round, and even a small tree will produce many leaves that will serve as excellent exotic spices.
<strong>Kaffir</strong> <strong>lime</strong> <strong>essential</strong> <strong>oil</strong> is obtained by steam distillation from the leaves of the plant and has a unique aroma, sharply citrusy, with spicy notes in the background.
<strong>Kaffir lime</strong> <strong>essential</strong> <strong>oil</strong> has an antibacterial effect and is an excellent oil for disinfection and oral hygiene, often added to toothpastes. <strong>Kaffir</strong> <strong>lime</strong> <strong>oil</strong> has antioxidant properties, is added to cosmetics, gives the skin a healthy and fresh look.
<strong>Kaffir</strong> <strong>lime</strong> <strong>essential</strong> <strong>oil</strong> is an effective natural insect repellant.
<strong>USAGE</strong> <strong>:</strong>
<ul>
<li>AROMATIZATION OF ROOM – add 3-5 drops to water in an aroma lamp.</li>
<li>EXTERNAL USE – for massage, dilute 1-1.5% of essential oil in adult base oil, i.e. 2-4 drops per 10 ml of base vegetable oil (0.5% for children and adolescents from 6 to 12 years old and 0.2-0.3% for children under 6 years old.</li>
<li>BATH – Dilute 3-5 drops in one tablespoon of salt or warm milk/honey.</li>
<li>In COSMETIC PRODUCTS – 1-3 drops.</li>
