<strong>100%</strong> <strong>essential</strong> <strong>oil</strong> of <strong>turmeric</strong> ( <em>lat</em> <em>.</em> <em>Curcuma</em> <em>longa</em> ) stimulates the senses and has a positive effect on emotions:

<strong>Turmeric</strong> <strong>essential</strong> <strong>oil</strong> is obtained by steam distillation from the root of the <em>Curcuma</em> <em>longa</em> plant <em>,</em> native to South and Southeast Asia. It has a strong spicy aroma, similar to the spice itself. Turmeric, as a spice, is known for its <strong>antioxidant</strong> properties, thanks to its active ingredient curcumin, it is recommended for cancer prevention. Curcumin is also present in essential oils.
<strong>Turmeric</strong> <strong>essential</strong> <strong>oil</strong> has a number of beneficial properties, supports immunity, has an anti- <strong>inflammatory</strong> <strong>effect</strong> on inflammation associated with arthritis, muscle pain and damaged joints. Stimulates blood circulation, increases metabolism and improves digestion.
<strong>Turmeric</strong> <strong>essential</strong> <strong>oil</strong> is also beneficial for skin care when fighting acne.
<strong>USAGE</strong> <strong>:</strong>
<ul>
<li>AROMATIZATION OF ROOM – add 3-5 drops to water in an aroma lamp.</li>
<li>EXTERNAL USE – for massage, dilute 1-1.5% of essential oil in adult base oil, i.e. 2-4 drops per 10 ml of base vegetable oil (0.5% for children and adolescents from 6 to 12 years old and 0.2-0.3% for children under 6 years old.</li>
<li>BATH – Dilute 3-5 drops in one tablespoon of salt or warm milk/honey.</li>
<li>In COSMETIC PRODUCTS – 1-3 drops.</li>

Not suitable for pregnant women! Turmeric oil can stain fabrics. If you apply it on your skin, let it soak in first and then get dressed.
