Lavender is perhaps the most used herb for good sleep. <strong>Lavender</strong> <strong>essential</strong> <strong>oil</strong> calms, helps with insomnia, lowers blood pressure, relieves headaches.

<strong>Lavender</strong> <strong>essential</strong> <strong>oil</strong> is also considered the most versatile of all essential oils. Due to its analgesic, antiseptic and antibiotic properties, lavender oil is valuable in the <strong>treatment</strong> of <strong>colds</strong> <strong>,</strong> <strong>coughs</strong> <strong>,</strong> <strong>flu</strong> – the most effective treatment is the inhalation of water vapor.

<strong>Lavender</strong> <strong>essential</strong> <strong>oil</strong> relieves menstrual pain.

Thanks to its soothing, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory action, <strong>lavender</strong> <strong>essential</strong> <strong>oil</strong> is useful for skin problems: injuries, burns, reactions to insect bites. <strong>Lavender</strong> <strong>essential</strong> <strong>oil</strong> is especially valuable in the treatment of acne: it stops the growth of bacteria that cause skin infections and at the same time soothes the skin, helping to regulate excessive sebum production.

<strong>Lavender</strong> <strong>essential</strong> <strong>oil</strong> can be applied directly to the skin, 1-2 drops per affected area. Also suitable for small children (newborns), but always use diluted oil for children.

Lavender essential oil is effective as <strong>a</strong> <strong>natural</strong> <strong>repellant</strong> and <strong>moth</strong> <strong>repellent</strong> .

<strong>USAGE</strong> <strong>:</strong>
<ul>

<li>AROMATIZATION OF ROOM – add 3-5 drops to water in an aroma lamp.</li>

<li>EXTERNAL USE – for massage, dilute 1-1.5% of essential oil in adult base oil, i.e. 2-4 drops per 10 ml of base vegetable oil (0.5% for children and adolescents from 6 to 12 years old and 0.2-0.3% for children under 6 years old.</li>

<li>BATH – Dilute 3-5 drops in one tablespoon of salt or warm milk/honey.</li>

<li>In COSMETIC PRODUCTS – 1-3 drops.</li>
