Nutmeg is the core of the fruit of a tree native to India and Indonesia. <strong>Nutmeg</strong> <strong>essential</strong> <strong>oil</strong> <strong>is</strong> obtained from the <strong>nut</strong> by steam distillation. It has an antibacterial and very warming effect.

<strong>Nutmeg</strong> <strong>essential</strong> <strong>oil</strong> helps with muscle fatigue <strong>,</strong> increases resistance to colds and acts against infections. Also suitable for oral hygiene and breath freshening products.

Nutmeg essential oil has a positive effect on female fertility.

Nutmeg essential oil is often used in men's perfumes.

<strong>USAGE</strong> <strong>:</strong>
<ul>

<li>AROMATIZATION OF ROOM – add 3-5 drops to water in an aroma lamp.</li>

<li>EXTERNAL USE – for massage, dilute 1-1.5% of essential oil in adult base oil, i.e. 2-4 drops per 10 ml of base vegetable oil (0.5% for children and adolescents from 6 to 12 years.</li>

<li>BATH – Dilute 3-5 drops in one tablespoon of salt or warm milk/honey.</li>

<li>In COSMETIC PRODUCTS – 1-3 drops.</li>
