\n<strong>Turmeric<\/strong> <strong>essential<\/strong> <strong>oil<\/strong> is obtained by steam distillation from the root of the <em>Curcuma<\/em> <em>longa<\/em> plant <em>,<\/em> native to South and Southeast Asia. It has a strong spicy aroma, similar to the spice itself. Turmeric, as a spice, is known for its <strong>antioxidant<\/strong> properties, thanks to its active ingredient curcumin, it is recommended for cancer prevention. Curcumin is also present in essential oils.<\/p>\n
<strong>Turmeric<\/strong> <strong>essential<\/strong> <strong>oil<\/strong> has a number of beneficial properties, supports immunity, has an anti- <strong>inflammatory<\/strong> <strong>effect<\/strong> on inflammation associated with arthritis, muscle pain and damaged joints. Stimulates blood circulation, increases metabolism and improves digestion.<\/p>\n

<strong>USAGE<\/strong> <strong>:<\/strong>

<li>AROMATIZATION OF ROOM – add 3-5 drops to water in an aroma lamp.<\/li>
\n
<li>EXTERNAL USE – for massage, dilute 1-1.5% of essential oil in adult base oil, i.e. 2-4 drops per 10 ml of base vegetable oil (0.5% for children and adolescents from 6 to 12 years old and 0.2-0.3% for children under 6 years old.<\/li>

<li>BATH – Dilute 3-5 drops in one tablespoon of salt or warm milk\/honey.<\/li>
