<li>EXTERNAL USE – for massage, dilute 1-1.5% of essential oil in adult base oil, i.e. 2-4 drops per 10 ml of base vegetable oil (0.5% for children and adolescents from 6 to 12 years old and 0.2-0.3% for children under 6 years old.<\/li>

<li>BATH – Dilute 3-5 drops in one tablespoon of salt or warm milk\/honey.<\/li>
